About Us

REALSOC is a student-led organisation dedicated to educating university students about the Australian real estate industry and property market. Founded in 2014, REALSOC has grown to become UNSW’s largest and most influential society focused on real estate and property. Over the years, we’ve come to recognise that the financial impact of the Australian property market is often underestimated, despite its far-reaching influence on students from all disciplines. The Australian property market has evolved over the past few decades into one of the most sought-after investment assets, yet many students are unaware of the strategies that can enable them to capitalise on this lucrative sector. At REALSOC, we aim to bridge this knowledge gap by empowering students with the tools and insights necessary to navigate and thrive in this dynamic market and industries.
